I am a student at WWU looking for a Lease Takeover starting Now-July 31st (when my current lease ends). My apartment is located right on 21st St. It is only a few minutes walk to Campus and a 4-minute drive :) Also, a great opportunity to settle in for beautiful Bellingham Summer and preparation for the Fall Quarter!
Very Inexpensive rent in Bellingham! Only $637/Month The only other expense is Electricity (Very inexpensive during the non-winter months) + Internet ($15/mo) which is very cheap split between the other girlies living in the apartment. No Deposit is needed!
I live with 3 very sweet and funny roommates. I share a bathroom with the kindest girlie I know and my room has a beautiful view of the mountains.
