Joey's room

4 bedroom house in NE Mesa located at Power & McDowell. Original lease is coming to an end and will be looking for one of the rooms to be filled. Rent includes all utilities as well as internet and a monthly cleaning service. Bathroom will be shared between you and one other roommate, but the room is private. We’re three quiet dudes, all of us work full time and play video games in our spare time, two of us smoke, but it is outside only. I have a cat and would like to keep it to one animal. The landlord would like to screen any potential roommates, this would be an application and background check (no fee for either). The monthly cleaning service cleans the downstairs and shared bathroom.

27, 26, and 23. I work in supply chain, one works construction, and one is a chef. We all play games and work pretty normal hours. No worries if you have a weird schedule though.
