Pay month to month, No Contract Necessary! All we ask is for a short time to meet in person so that we can get to know each other and make sure this space is perfect for you.

Bring a friend to save some money! Although a bathroom may have to be shared until renovations are complete to add a bathroom for everyone, you can lower your payment by sharing your room. Sharing a bedroom/bathroom costs $675/mo (utilities included).

Want your own bedroom? The price for your own bedroom will cost $1075/mo (utilities included).

All rooms for rent have new flooring installed, freshly painted walls, very nice kitchen with enough storage for all tenants, and a decent sized backyard. I myself, do live in the Master Bedroom and am a current student-athlete at CSUSB, which is an approximate 6 minute drive from the location of the house. The main floor currently has 2 rooms available for rent and 1.5 bathrooms available. Second floor on the house currently has 2 rooms available with 1 full bathroom to be shared.

There are also a total of 4 student-athletes from the Men’s Soccer team already living here at this moment).
