2br 1.5 bath. I use the master bedroom myself which has it’s own .5 bathroom, so I really only use the main bathroom for showers. The secondary bedroom is sorta small but you could fit a twin mattress, a dresser, tv stand in there, has it’s own closet too. I do own my own washer and dryer so no need for laundromats. Has a small balcony, nice for relaxing. Has dishwasher. I already have wifi setup and utilities are included in the rent I’m asking. Apartment is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and a library. Feel free to ask any questions! If the rent is out of your budget as well please message me and we’ll see what kind of rent split we could set up. I am renewing the lease in July, but apparently rent won’t be going up much at all. Smoke free apartment. If you have a pet cat then there is a $300 fee required to be paid to landlord in order to have it in the apartment.

Me: Nerdy, huge anime fan. Have anime posters all over the walls, lots of pokemon cards, manga, games, etc.. Mostly stay in my room unless given a reason to come out (Work/Friends) I am pansexual so if you are not LGBTQ friendly DNI.

No other roomates here. Other nerds HIGHLY preferred.
