Neighborhood is residential and very beautiful and quiet. Just around the corner from Venice’s Mosaic House, 25 minute walk to the beach and the Venice boardwalk, 5 minutes drive to Whole Foods, ten minute walk to Superba and Zinque (great brunch and dinner) as well as other bars and restaurants nearby.
What’s great about this location is it feels private and isolated, but it’s right at the junction of Lincoln Blvd. and Venice Blvd., so there’s tons of stuff nearby.
Street parking available and usually quite easy to find.
About the roomies
The main house belongs to a queer couple, an artist and a music exec, who share their home with another queer couple who work in education. This is a diverse, queer family household and all are welcome so long as they do not cause or wish harm on others.
