Nestled between North Pleasantburg Drive and 385, The Fairway Club is a nifty little property. Downtown is just down 385 (about ten minutes) and there are plenty of stores nearby. My personal favorite is Lidl, just about a mile further on North Pleasantburg. The room is the master suite in a two-bedroom apartment. It has an ensuite bathroom. The apartment does come with its own shared washer/dryer (huzzah!) and that’s in the master bedroom closet. There is a community pool and plenty of parking.

Hi! My name is Jennifer. My current roommate is being deployed, so that’s what brought me here. I work most evenings, so you would have the apartment to yourself Sunday-Thursday nights. I’m a Christian and would love to have a roommate who holds the same beliefs. Males need not apply. I would describe myself as a wacky introvert. I spend inordinate amounts of time on the computer and I love to burn candles after I get home from work at 1 AM. I do not have my own cat, but I am cat-friendly as long as it’s nice and you clean up after it. I’m looking for someone who will last through the rest of my lease (up through July) and ideally sign on for another year-long lease.
