Greenfield Court

Hi all! I am looking for one person to split rent with for a house starting July 1st. I have a friend who is moving out of the place at the end of June and I would like to take over the lease from her. It is a nice 3 bed 1.5 bath duplex with a backyard. It is very close to both I-25 and downtown Fort Collins. Heating, laundry, nice appliances, both driveway and garage parking, backyard with deck and gardening space. NO ADDITIONAL PETS (Sorry!) The current rent is $1795 + trash & internet - this would be split 50/50 (total is about $930 per person)

I am graduating from CSU this year and then will be working locally full-time. I am a very quiet person and rarely have people over. I spend a lot of my free time reading, watching tv, baking, or going hiking. I have a 7yo lab mix who is absolutely loves people but is not over the top about it. She is very friendly and sweet, and just all around a good dog. I am looking for someone who can get along well with me and my dog, who is generally quiet, respectful, and clean.
