Haumalu Street

We have 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor for rent. This room has a sliding door that opens to the indoor pool. This is a 3 story community type house with a 1/2 acre back yard, that has trails to walk around and multiple fruit trees. On this floor is our common area and full size kitchen/dining area (this includes microwave and dishwasher). There is a washer/dryer on site. We have a gas fireplace located on this floor. Trash is taken care of by the property manager. Currently painting and replacing carpet in this room, it will be ready by the 1st. You’re welcome to come view it and meet the housemates. $1000 deposit holds the room and rent is due on the 1st to move in. Leases can be month to month - 6 months or 1 year at a time

We are laid back and enjoy our quiet times just as much as we enjoy kickin back and drinking together. There are 6 of us and 3 dogs. We are close knit and have no tolerance for drama. We play video and card games, make food together, and enjoy our pool. We aren’t looking to add another dog but are open to it if they get along with other dogs. We are looking for someone with a normal, steady job who cleans up after themselves. As one person here said “was not raised in a barn” and understands that electricity, water, and gas are to be used reasonably. We will be conducting interviews for each applicant. Mostly, we are excited as a household to have good quality people to enjoy this house we live in.
