This is a 3-story townhome in Parke Orcutt. You’ll have to submit an application with the property manager, and there may be an additional deposit if credit score isn’t great. The first floor has a large kitchen, built-in desk and living room with sliding door to the patio. Second floor has two bedrooms, including the one for rent, a shared bathroom and in-unit laundry! The available room gets the best sun in the whole place. It’s about 11x12ft with a sliding door closet. The carpets were replaced about a year ago. We have 3 parking spots, and the complex has a nice heated pool and hot tub! Located next to Waller Park and the YMCA.

I’m a working professional female in my late 20’s. I work from home at the built-in desk most days, but sometimes work at my boyfriend’s. I have two cats, love festivals, music and the beach. I’m very clean & responsible. I’ve also lived with a lot of roommates over the years and expect honest communication and accountability. The other roommate is a 26 yr old professional male who occupies the third floor loft. He works a lot and usually spends time at home in his room.
