Large quiet south facing room with dual pane windows and a large mirrored closet . The restroom is basically yours 90% of time. The only time others use it or when I have visitors. The property has lots of parking on a private street. You will have your own private driveway as well. Single story house, this room is designed for a full-time working professional or full-time working and full-time student . Close to Riverside University Health System (RUHS) and is perfect for a resident nurse, traveling nurse, doctor or resident physician. Located 2.4 miles/6 minutes from RUHS, 4 minute from Kaiser, 30 min from LLUMC, 17 min from UCR

I am the only one living in the house. Half the time I am here, half the time I am gone. The restroom, although primarily yours to use, is expected to be clean and presentable as I do have guests that come over or I entertain. The room is solid oak flooring, with a full sliding door mirrored closet. Big window facing south, ceiling fan, large storage shelving for books and study material. You will have your own mini frig and microwave. You will have access to the laundry and kitchen.
All Roomies do not use drugs or smoke, and are very courteous.
