Hi! I’m in search of a responsible and friendly roommate to share my charming apartment. You’ll absolutely love this spacious apartment – it boasts one of the largest floorplans (1264 sq ft) in the area. Nestled just a block away from the Eisenhower metro rail station, the apartment offers easy access to old town Alexandria and DC. Plus, you have the convenience of being within a short walk to the movie theaters, Wegman’s, Whole Foods, and the eclectic array of boutique stores and restaurants in old town Alexandria. The lease is set until November 2024, covering a comfortable 13-month span; however, I’m open to discussing shorter lease terms. If you’re interested in the room, there’s a simple application process and background check fee of $50. You’ll also have the option of garage parking at a grandfathered rate of just $75 per month. Utilities run around $70/month each. Smoking is a hard no. The bedroom is currently furnished as pictured; however, if you prefer an unfurnished room, I’d be happy to remove any or all of the furniture. The apartment complex comes with some delightful perks too – a rooftop pool perfect for lounging, a fitness center to keep active, and a recreation room for fun gatherings. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better location or deal.

I’m a laid-back, playful, and friendly introvert, hoping to find a like-minded roommate to share this great apartment with. My days are a mix of work, gaming, exercising, reading, catching up with friends, and occasionally indulging in a movie night. To keep our living space clean, I don’t wear shoes in the apartment, and I hope you’re of similar thought. I’m also mindful of our environmental impact, so conserving water and energy is important to me. I’ve lived with both male and female roommates over the last 13 years and have gotten along well with a wide variety of personalities. You’re welcome to shut yourself in your room, but I prefer getting to know my roommates and becoming friends with them (or, at the least, not feeling like I’m living with a total stranger).
