The room is its own private apartment within a house with enough space for a living room, closet, your own bathroom, and separate bedroom. It even has a separate entrance! The property has a lovely pool & spa, huge kitchen with gas stove and externally vented hood, spacious back and front yards, and plenty of driveway parking. The house is also HUGE at almost 3200sqft. It is so spacious that often times, I forget I have roommates. The location is in a quiet, safe street yet it is just 15-20 mins away from anything in the West LA area.

Given I and my other roommate are moving out, the roommate who will be staying is Matt. He is very laidback, pays rent on time, and works in a hybrid role.
