House is a cute small red brick home with fenced backyard in fantastic Arlington location near Shirlington. Neighborhood has a park with green spaces, children’s playground, and BBQ/picnic area. Home is short walk to grocery store and public transit is a block away. Neighborhood has lots of beautiful trees, nearby athletic fields, and a popular paved trail for walking and biking. The landlord owns a local property management company and is responsive and does quality work when making repairs.

This is for an upstairs private room with 2 large windows providing ample natural light, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and a good sized closet. Room measures approximately 9.5’ x 10.5’. Shared bathroom with one other person, extra storage in attic, and ample free street parking for a vehicle. Home has basement laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Kitchen has a gas range/oven, stainless microwave, stainless dishwasher, stainless Side-by-Side refrigerator, granite countertops, and a bar counter with 2 bar stools.

Rent includes lawn service covered by the landlord. Everyone contributes to shared household items. Professional house cleaning service every 4 weeks is split. Bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, floor lamp, dresser, and two tall mirrors. Option to be unfurnished.

Lease renews March 2024 (one year increments).

Current roommates are clean, quiet, and friendly women in their 30’s, full-time working professionals non-smokers/non-drinkers/drug-free, are more progressive, and COVID vaccinated.

No cats, dogs, or other animals according to terms of the lease.
