It’s just me. And my tiny sweet dog. She won’t bother you. I get up at 4 am and am gone till about 3pm monday through friday. Then usually hit up a yoga class or workout session. I am clean and don’t smoke cigarettes. I meal prep and have good hygiene. I prefer no animals but will consider. I like to read and listen to music when I cook. The basement is very large and cool, you can live down there or in the private bedroom upstairs. Both are yours for your stay with garage parking.
