Room is just for one person. No smoking inside or out and no pets. Looking for a quiet, working adult. No Drugs, lite drinker okay. Located in Newcastle in an upscale neighborhood, 10 mins South off I-240, 12 minutes West of Norman. Great area to live, with access to Hwy 9, Hwy 35 and I-44. Eight minutes West of Riverwind Casino. Renter will like the private entrance and private bath. $300 security deposit, rental application, background check will be needed to move in. You will need to get a post office box for your mail. Only one working vehicle with no leaks will be allowed in the driveway. Bi males/females are welcomed.

The room is above the detach garage and you will be able to come and come as you please. You will have to go up stairs. Laundry facilities are 5 mins away on Main St. Room will fit a full size bed.
