Looking for a room mate to move in with me and start a renewed lease . It’s a 2/2 downtown west palm beach . There will be a parking spot . Rent is 1690, it includes cable water WiFi ,and trash . There is a pool and hot tub are on the roof and a full gym with peloton bikes .Also front door security 24/7. Also there is a balcony off the living room. The apt has a zen garden too. A little about me I am in my late 30s I am back in school bc of covid 🤣. I don’t bring the party home . I am respectful my hours are weird but I keep quiet when it’s called for . I work a lot , I do have a cat so I prefer no others bc she was a stray. Looking to have someone next week / asap as long as it’s a good fit. I travel for work a lot . I am in school full time also. I’m always down for traveling somewhere . I don’t mind going out I just don’t bring the party home . I’m respectful of who I’m living with . Down to grill n watch movies !
