I am looking for one roommate to share my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with plenty of amenities at Carrington Park Apartments at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia. You would have a private bedroom & private bathroom, furnished with a big armoire w/a 40“SmartTv with storage in the armoire/a cubicle w/6 bins/blackout curtains and you have a walk in closet. If you have your own bedroom furniture that will work too. The bathroom is large w/a garden tub/shower, and a storage rack perfect for towels, etc. The washer/dryer & a linen closet are next to your bedroom.There arep a den, well stocked kitchen & dining room/office. In the dining room/office there is a comfortable chair w/an ottoman great for working on your laptop. There are 4 books cases in the den & dining room/office that are great for your books or items you want to display. The garage is off the kitchen but right now I only use it for a freezer & storage. You can probably park in the garage or behind the garage. The front of the apt is street level, the back is the 2nd floor. The den is large with a sofa w/a couple of chairs/2 books cases/a cubicle w/a 40“ SmartTv, a big window overlooking the backyard/forest & a deck. My bedroom/bathroom are on the opposite side of the apt. Great roommate plan. The complex is beautifully landscaped,gated community with a clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a bbarbecue area, & tennis courts. Your rent is $750 month plus half of the utilities which are power/AC/water//renter’s insurance/high speed Internet/cable. I am fun & easy going. I enjoy spending time with my roommate but respect their privacy. I am quiet, neat, clean and organized. I lspend most of my time in my bedroom. I don’t drink or smoke.Guest are welcome. I don’t care how you keep your room but I just ask that we keep the common area clean. I go to Free Chapel here in Gainesville and i accept whatever are your beliefs. I have a precious little deaf Shitzu who has to get to know you before she will warm up to you & a tiny short hair black cat who just wants to be loved. Both are quiet. You won’t know they are here. Dori, my dog spends most of her time with me in my bedroom. The complex requires an application & you have to make at least $1800 a month and have verification of your income You can move in the apartment the 3rd of June, possibly sooner with your first month’s rent of $750 plus a deposit of $500.
