Gracy Farms Lane

My current roommate is moving out of Austin at the end of March and I’m looking to fill their room in my third floor 2b/2b condo starting April 1st (can be made available a few days early) ~5 minutes to the domain, ~15 minutes to downtown on a good day. You’ll have your own furnished private bedroom and attached bathroom with a queen bed and mattress. The condo was fully remodeled recently with a new kitchen, floors, bathrooms, paint and appliances so everything is still pretty much brand new.

I’m a 29 Year old data engineer in North Austin, I own the condo and will be living in the other bedroom. I usually keep myself busy with traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants and hanging out with my friends, but also enjoy the occasional low key lazy evening and weekend on the couch binge watching tv. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Not anal about cleanliness but would prefer someone that respects the common living areas and cleans up after themselves.
