About the room
Private bedroom & bathroom in very nice apartment complex in Bluffton. Free parking available. Room is furnished but if you prefer to bring your own bed that is fine. Complex includes fitness center, pool and community room which also works well if you work from home.
About the roomies
I am 56 year old professional. I work a lot so not home much. Pretty easy going but a clean freak so we need to have that in common. Electric & Internet are split 50/50 which would add an extra $50-$75 per month onto rent.
