Subletting spacious room in 2-bedroom house in Burbank. Fenced yard, fire pit, washer/dryer, central AC & heating. Great walkable neighborhood, public transportation nearby, lots of shops, markets. CVS, Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Vons all 5-10 min drive. Lots of neighborhood street parking; great biking neighborhood & parks within walking distance.

One bathroom, shared with current roommate. Current roommate is the head chef at a nearby brewery and works a lot so you’ll usually have the house to yourself. He has one cat, she’s clean and very sweet.

Room is available now, lease is up in July. From there, it’s month-to-month so you aren’t locked into anything and can stay for as long as you like.

Rent is $1425/month plus utilities, which are split evenly between both roommates and are usually around $100-$200. $1425 deposit. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions and I will be happy to help :)

One roommate, he’s a full time head chef at a local brewpub nearby so he’s usually working. He has one cat who is very sweet and well-behaved, she’s spends most of her time sleeping and keeps to herself.
