3-MONTH SUMMER SUBLEASE (JUNE 1ST TO END OF AUGUST) A bedroom is available starting on June 1st in a 3 bed 2 bath pet-friendly apartment in Andersonville that is 765/month + utilities (around $100). It’s newly renovated and has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, back yard space, and is pet friendly. Lots of windows throughout the space so we get a lot of natural light in the apartment. There is also a sunroom!

We’re also looking for a female, non-smoking roommate, preferably who is also in their 20s/early 30s.

The nearest cross street is Ashland and W Hollywood. Andersonville is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of things to do! There are tons of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - all within walking distance from the apartment. Close to Clark bus and Bryn Mawr redline. There is permit street parking on the street as well as free parking a few blocks away.

You’ll be living with me (Hosanna) and my other roommate, Kaleigh. I work in clinical research and Kaleigh is a dancer! We are in our early-mid 20s and are looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going roommate. We’re both chill and generally keep to ourselves since we have different schedules but are always down to chat too : )
