Brin and Anthony are artists and bartenders in their late 30s. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and share meals, and encourage the new housemate to do the same if they want to. We’d like the new housemate to feel comfortable taking up space in common areas. LGBTQ friendly. There is a very affectionate cat, but unfortunately, we can’t have any more pets. There would be a 90 day probation period to make sure we’re all happy with the living situation before the new tenant signs the lease. The landlord (who is pretty wonderful and very helpful) requires a credit and background check.
