One bedroom in 20’s-style Quadra-plex in BeachWood Canyon near the market… under the Hollywood sign — quite beautiful with piles of trails for hiking, etc. Lot’s of great people in the neighborhood.

I have a private room in my place in Beachwood Canyon, underneath the Hollywood sign, there is easy to find street parking - great sunny space…. The room has great views, there is hiking and the Beachwood Cafe and Market a block away.

I use only the rear entrance of the apartment for privacy/security reasons and the way the apartment is cut, the available room is, near the rear entrance, away from the street with a great view, at the opposite end from my space, with the bathroom next to the available room with great views.

I have had female roommates – my company, as below, is named after Sophia, the Greek word for wisdom and alternative name for Mother Earth:)

I am very easy going… don’t party much. Have taught and practice yoga, enjoy the hiking in the hills – fwiw, lactose-vegetarian cooking; you can bring in non-vegetarian food, etc. …

Graduated with a BA in Philosophy [not too dry, haha] and a minor in music, since have two jazz releases that I produced and wrote for myself that included touring and living in Europe -

Currently, I am on hiatus from music, developing SophiaTremolos.com for guitars from my home office – intending to record again in the next 12 months:)
