I am looking to fill a room in this 4b/2b home. I can provide bed, dresser, desk etc.. if requested

The home is located roughly 5 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, 10 minutes from DT Phoenix, 15 minutes from DT Scottsdale, and 10 minutes from DT Tempe. It is very centrally located and near Interstate 10 & 202.

I own and run an Airbnb on the property next door, which I am happy to send info on, so you can get an idea of the general vicinity.

All I ask is that in your initial message, you attach your socials and give a brief bio about yourself, what you do, age, passions/hobbies, what is important to you etc.. I get alot of inquiries so this helps tremendously. Rent is $700 + Utilities (Never exceeds $150) this includes high-speed wifi, elect, gas, water/trash. Also the room has new paint, new floors and we can negotiate furnishings if interested. It has an exterior exit as well that leads to the back yard.

I am looking for a person who would mesh well with my current friends living in the home. Its male dominant house, no indoor pets or couples please. Living there now is a DT campus ASU student, a pharmacist doing residency at a local hospital, and a retired friend who uses the place as his home base for traveling (he is currently in Peru). Nextdoor I have another home living space with friends who do graphic design, video editing for Youtubers, Airbnb consulting etc, as well as a student and friends in the serving industry. A quick bio on me; Im 29, born and raised in Kentucky, I joined the Air Force right after high school and finished my enlistment as an Air Traffic Controller (tower) here in Phoenix in 2018. I’m very self-driven and growth-oriented. I dabble in everything related to real estate, mindfulness, health/fitness, and travel. I love reading, and constantly learning.
