Master Bedroom with half bath and 2 closets available for rent Oct 1st. Located 2 stop signs from Peacher’s Mill rd and 4 stop signs from Ft Campbell Blvd this house is less than 15 minutes from everywhere. 5 minutes to Walmart, Kroger, and Aldi, less than 10 to Publix and Austin Peay, 15 minutes from Ft Campbell, the theater on Tiny Town, and Wilma Rudolph. Public pool and park is about 300 feet away from the front door. Elevated deck (with seating for 6) for entertaining on nice days. Available room is the master bedroom with 2 closets and a private half bathroom. Washer and dryer, wifi, place to have a small fire with friends in the backyard. Inside of the home is aesthetically pleasing, with a living room that seats 6 comfortably, a breakfast nook/ Cafe table with a coffee bar that is lined with bookshelves if you enjoy reading. Semi smart home with many lights that are voice activated and color changing for crafting the perfect mood lighting for a night in.

I work in Nashville and am up for work at about 4am every morning, the love of my life works and goes to school full time so she’s up by 630. We’re homebodies so late nights for us is pretty much watching a movie or playing a video game. We have two old dogs that we pick up after and will ask the same of you if you bring a dog. No cats, one of my dogs can’t be trusted with cats. You are welcome to have overnight company with the understanding that your partner cannot live here. While putting two people in the master bedroom is easily possible we don’t want to crowd the space or invite drama into our place of peace. We are also not interested in sharing our living space with children. We keep a tidy home and have no kids of our own and have no need or desire to change that. Parking is available but no access to the garage.
