Hello, I am seeking to lease the entire basement to a single person or single parent. Seeking a mature adult to share my home with. I am a quiet and clean person. I expect the same from the tenant. I stay to myself and prefer a peaceful home. The units are fully furnished but I am willing to move furniture out if you’d prefer to bring your own.

Due to experience from past tenants I must state the following: I do not lease to couples. We do not allow guest. Refrigerator and microwave provided. No kitchen or laundry room access. Rent includes all utilities including internet. No animals allowed. Street parking is available.
