Access to large and fully equipped kitchen and large family room, all brand-new appliances. Workstations available to work outside the bedroom. Shared bathroom but almost exclusive for the tenant and also extra bathroom available downstairs. Large Pantry and dedicated cabinet space. Directly calling or texting me is preferred.
