Orlando's room

New home (built 2022) Moved in Jan 30, 2023. It’s a (4) bedroom and (3) baths. Single mature females only. NO ANIMALS and NO MALE VISITORS and no smoking in the home. Owner will like to interview all potential ‘Roomies’ to see if they are a good match. I live alone w/no kids and I keep my home very clean and I expect that from a roommate. Im retired and are home most days. Don’t have a lot of rules but I want to be safe. This is a new and quiet subdivision so please respect the neighbors. Good luck!
