• Private 11+ foot by 10+ foot Room with dedicated garage parking space, available May 31, 2023.
• Large 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Lakefront Townhouse ____* Only 2 permanent occupants (just me & you), such that you effectively have a private bath all to yourself.
• Townhouse includes a guest bedroom for use by out-of-town friends/family. ____* I rarely have visitors use the guest bedroom, and am open to you using (e.g. as an office) it when it’s not in use by guests.

Rent

• Rent: $1,100/month + utilities ____* Utilities include: Pool access, Mini-gym access, several streaming services (HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video), NV energy (i.e. gas & power), trash/recycling, city sewer payments, and HOA dues (e.g. for landscaping)
• Security Deposit: $1,500
• I prefer to start with a month-to-month contract (to make sure we get along first), but am open to longer term

About Me

• Single male software engineer in his mid-30s
• I work from home, and so am often around the house (it’s fine if you wfh too)
• I drink occasionally, but don’t use drugs. It’s okay if you use weed, but no hard drugs please. No smoking in the property
