Lease starts on 5/22. Looking for roommates anytime between 5/22 and September (Preferably male). Because of this time frame, interns would probably be best (10 min from Collins Aerospace). You’ll either share a bathroom or have your own depending on if I end up getting 1 or 2 roommates.
No security deposit is needed. Rent will be $650 excluding utilities. An $80 application fee is required to sign onto the lease and go through a background check through Q4 rentals.
