Hello my name is Mikael Tyler and I’m looking to see if anyone is interested in moving into the Grad. I’m give my lease up to anyone interested because I’ve already moved and need this off my hands. You have your own room and share the restroom for $1450/month on the 10th floor. There are 4 other roommates (all male) but very respectable and welcoming. It’s fully furnished and great perks such as a pool with a jacuzzi, gym, study room, and many more. If anyone is interested or know someone that is interested please contact me as soon as possible.

There are 4 guys (5 in total if including yourself) that are very welcoming and easy to get along with. They communicate very well and I still stay in contact with them til this day.
