Hi there! My name’s Ilana and I’m looking for a new roomie starting October 1st
My current roommate had to leave as her job contract ended earlier than anticipated. Little bit about the space: ~768/month for 6 month lease (preferred), including WSG ~2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse unit -In Lacey near Providence St. Peter Hospital, very quiet/residential area ~5-10 min walk from bus lines 60, 62A, and 62B ~Chehalis nature trail is in the backyard! ~Shared bathroom, with toilet and sink in one room, and shower and sink in a separate room ~W/D is shared and within steps to the unit ~Fireplace ~Private patio as well as shared backyard area for plants and hanging out ~Pets welcome (none currently in the home) (one-time initial $200 deposit and then monthly $25 deposit per pet per month) ~Single covered parking spot available ~Living room/kitchen stocked and furnished, available bedroom is unfurnished

About me: 24f, INTP, ambivert, pisces, huge animal lover, love to travel and make art! I majored in public health at uni and am currently working 3 days a week as a barista and am typically home around 8/9pm on work days. I love music, cooking, bird-watching, and walking on the little trail behind our townhouse:) I’m looking for queer friendly roomies, preferably female identifying, and a cigarette-free space, (sorry, no couples or people with kids). Ideally looking for someone to stay minimum 6 months! Ideally I’m looking for someone kind, compassionate, and open-minded who values open communication and has a similar lifestyle to mine! I’d love to make meals together/go shopping and hangout, but also respect each other’s privacy and quiet time! To me the most important things in a roommate situation are open and honest communication and keeping a cozy, clean space!
