1 medium sized room for rent with a shared bathroom on the second story. There is a large backyard and plenty of shared space in the kitchen and living room. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to 59 and several shopping centers.

My friend (29 M) and I (26 F) are looking for a roommate to rent out the spare room in our house. We have 3 dogs, small, medium, and large, so we can not have any more. I work during the day five days a week, and my friend works variable hours. We are looking for someone who is professional and CLEAN. The terms will be 6 months, but we are flexible with the terms.
