I have a comfortable room available in my townhouse, which is located in a gated community with a gym and pool. Great location just off the US60 ideal for students attending ATSU or ASU. Garage parking available. Also potentially a second room if interested, same price but any further cars would have to park on the street. The room is partially furnished with twin bed(s) and a nightstand.

I own the townhouse and live alone. It’s a 1300 square foot unit with a loft and downstairs family room. I’m a young physician that is looking for respectful roommates.
