Month-to-month lease and rent is $1050/month with a $1050 deposit. The room will be available on April 1rst.

About the room: 14’ x 10’ with lots of natural sunlight, overhead ceiling fan, big window sill, and hardwood floors. The room borders the front of the house and occasionally gets some noise from the street. There is a single closet in the room and a shared bathroom outside (shared with a female roommate).

About the house: House is located near Lindley & Victory in Encino. We have a large backyard (see pictures) with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. Washer/dryer included. Utilities (electric, gas, water, wi-fi) are split four ways and average ~$100/month per person. There is parking space in our driveway.

Who we’re looking for: We would love to find another grad student or young professional. Someone who is respectful and willing to contribute to keeping shared spaces tidy. We have occasional guests but generally the house is a pretty relaxed environment.

About the roommates: the house is shared with a couple and another roommate. We are a mix of one grad student (30F) and two professionals (28F & 33M). There are two friendly dogs, one large and one medium-sized. As much as we would love to, we can’t have any more dogs :( We like to have a friendly vibe but also keep our own schedules. We like to keep the space pretty calm.
