One of our house-mates is graduating this semester, so we need to fill the empty bedroom for the next 6 months (July to December 2023). The place is a 4 bedroom 2+1 bathroom townhouse, you will get your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. It is located in The Colonies in Upland. Pros: good rate, safe area, nice kitchen Cons: parking is limited

The three of us are all Mechanical Engineering Students at Cal Poly Pomona. We are all very close, and have never had problems living together. We generally shop together, and trade off cooking for each other every night. We would prefer living with another student, but exceptions can be made.
