The house is on a non-through street in a quiet Sammamish/Redmond neighborhood, 1 mile to Costco, Fred Myer and downtown Redmond. The room is on the small side, comes with a queen bed and dresser but not closet. Kitchen is connected to a bright living room and backed by large windows and deck facing lake Sammamish. House backs up to greenbelt, very quiet and peaceful location. No pets, No smoking, No drugs and no large gatherings (small groups ok with prior notification to roommates). Single occupant only. Roomies split the utilities 4 ways, internet is free.

You roomies are all working professionals. We treat each other with kindness and respect. As the tenant manager I work from the home and manage any household issues and anything to do with the yard. We share lite weekly chores to keep the inside clean.
