The room itself is fully unfurnished, has a walk in closet and a large southward facing window. It also has a heater. In the rest of the apartment there is multiple cabinets to store items, and an additional storage room right outside the front door. Parking is gated, with a permit being given to allow parking anywhere inside. The apartment complex has sprawling grounds, with multiple water features and lawns, community grills, a gated pool/hot tub and large laundry room facility. Nearby is easy access to Artesia/91 Freeway, multiple nearby restaurants, and a gas station with reasonable prices just down the street.

We are a young couple who generally like to keep the place clean. We usually keep to our selves but are open to group hangouts in the communal areas, though we don’t party. We don’t have people stay overnight, but are fine with a friend or two staying if they need to. LGBTQIA+ Friendly.
