Townhome located in McConnels trace. The property has a gym, tanning bed, pool, and a walking trail. In home washer & dryer units. The neighborhood is up and coming but very calm and safe. The room is downstairs with your own bathroom. Only shared spaces are the kitchen and the living room. Utilities are not included in rent but normally add up to be about $70–$80 each.

There are two of us living here at the moment. Both girls and the best dog in the world. We both work full-time so most of the week we keep to ourselves. On the weekends we occasionally go out. We love cooking, working out, thrifting, and wine!!
