Private furnished room available for rent for 1 person. 315 sqft 2nd floor loft room with front facing window. Walk in closet, ceiling fan, own AC controls, stairs are open to laundry room below and door to the garage, but is otherwise very private with a semi-private entrance. (incl. queen bed, lamps, dresser, side tables, desk with chair). Price does not include electric which would be split with me. Prefer a shorter term between 6-8 months.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor that will occasionally be used for guests but is a private bath for your exclusive use otherwise. Shared Kitchen and living room spaces. Place is very clean, no bugs, doesn’t stink, etc. Community has a pool and walking trail. I have a hot tub, fire pit and a decent sized backyard. Parking spot in the driveway. Quiet neighborhood near Rivergate with lots of shopping and things nearby!

Common areas include big screen TV with surround sound and immersive lighting. Multiple streaming services included. An extensive board game library, laundry room, fast wifi (ethernet connection included in both rooms as well), outdoor griddle, hammock stand, and a kitchen with many different appliances! Whole home has lots of different smart tech with lots of security features, a keyless lock, smart commands, and more!

I am the only one living at the property. I’m a 34 year old Accountant for the Carolina Panthers, and have been living here for 10 years. I have two cats, Luke and Leia. I am a quiet person and pretty introverted, but friendly, understanding and more than willing to help with anything. I’m very very much a clean freak and like to keep it that way. Enjoy having my quiet time and space at home as well. Huge nerd, everything from Star Wars to board games to video games and more. I’m mature, responsible and trustworthy but also a big kid! =) Non-smoker, not into drugs of any kind, drink socially, part of the LGBTQ+ community and very accepting of all! I think if I could find someone who shares a lot of these traits, especially being clean, responsible and a similar personality/interests , that would be perfect!
