Looking for a sublease for June and July.

This room is in the 485 complex. This room is great! First floor room with a window (the natural light is amazing!) facing the parking lot, so moving in is very easy (as there are no stairs to climb). The bathroom is huge and has built-in shelving. There is a tub/shower and under-sink storage. There is plenty of closet space with built in shelving also. The floor is carpeted. There are also plenty of outlets on the walls. The bus stop (runs orange and green to hospitality house) is very close to this apartment (you can see it from the window). Mountaineer Village has a pool, a gym, and trash pickup.

The roommates (2) are very nice and welcoming! They are very easy going and very respectful and kind! They do like partying but are considerate to your own night-life preferences (I personally am an early-to-bed, early riser kind of person and they are very respectful of that).
