The Unit is a 2 bed and 2 bath on the second floor. The rent for the whole unit is 1500 a month. The room that is open for rent is the Master bedroom that has a large closet and a connected bathroom. Kitchen, dining, and living room are shared spaces.. There is assigned parking per a unit and the building is secured. There is laundry in building on the ground floor. All utilities are in the rent except for electricity and internet which would be split between me and my roommate. Only rule given to me by the landlord is that there is no prior evictions on record. Other then that he is willing to work with anything.

I am a 28 year old female who is currently living with her cat. I am a pretty chill person and open to about anything. I work in child care as an infant teacher and will be out of the apartment most of the day. I am quite and read alot so I won’t really get in anyone’s way.
