Large furnished room with private sliding glass door entry. Private bathroom. Utilities included. You will have a shared kitchen upstairs, and laundry room downstairs. Downstairs is separate, two additional furnished rooms downstairs used as guest room and art studio space. Second room available for rent for additional $500 per month. Pets accepted, additional $100 per month.

Homeowner lives upstairs. Will be out of the home for work most of the summer. Have a very calm bulldog, and accepting of other pets.
