About the room
Furnished room with HUGE walk in closet. The home does have an in ground pool that roomies can use. One of the safest areas in Arlington. You will have access to kitchen, fridge, microwave and other appliances. Laundry room is also available for use.
I have hosted full time UTA students and traveling nurses in the past before who found the location of the home to be very convenient. The home is 1.5 miles away from the UTA campus and two hospitals are a short car ride away. If you do not have a car, there are some affordable transportation options including Via, Uber and Lyft.
About the roomies
The home is a 5 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are used for roomies (1 person per room) and 1 bedroom is used as the laundry room. Typically the roomies are young professionals or UTA students.
