Joey's room

The neighborhood we live in is pretty quiet, lots of families, we’re sociable with neighbors on our block, one of our neighbors even brings us our mail or takes our trash to the curb if we forget! The house is 1957sq ft single story, we have a fenced in backyard and a driveway. The room itself is on the backside of the house so your window would look out into the backyard, there’s a full sized bed, floor lamps, a large closet and a dresser. You would be sharing the hallway bathroom (full tub, hot water that seemingly lasts forever) with one other, but it’ll be kept clean. There’s plenty of drawers and shelf space in the bathroom for your stuff as well. We do have a garage, but it usually quite full of stuff, so it’s just kind’ve been storage. We are both very artsy, and so there are TONS of paintings throughout the house, mostly our own creations. You’d have access to basically the entire house, there’s a den, full kitchen, and the front room where we do most of our art. We do have a washer and dryer, though the dryer is currently undergoing repairs, should hopefully be fixed in the next couple of weeks or so. There is a laundromat just down the street if needed. Speaking of location, we are right off of Southern Blvd and Unser Blvd, so you’ll have quick access onto a main road, we’re about 2 miles from Presbyterian Rust Hospital, and 5ish miles from Cottonwood Mall.

The owner (Sue) is 68 years old, and she is generally a pretty quiet person, though can definitely get into a long conversation if you start talking about her interests! She loves art and painting, and typically spends a lot of her day in the front room watching fictional crime dramas or whatever grabs her interest on Netflix. She’s on oxygen but she self manages it for the most part, and the machine itself is fairly quiet, but unfortunately cannot do with furry friends in the house.

Myself (Joey), I am 28 years old, I work full time from home for an IT company, and am also currently in school full time! I finish my Associates degree this spring (yay!) and will be starting on my Bachelors of Cyber Security in the fall online at NMSU. I’m sociable, but often am in my room either working or doing school stuff, or playing video games! I’m a bit nerdy, I’m in a D&D campaign that I play online with friends on Friday, I absolutely love Lord of the Rings, and I also really enjoy art, part of why I enjoy living with Sue so much.
