Southeast Brook Avenue

my roommate waverly and i are looking for a chill roommate from may 1st- late august. it’s a bath. we already have furniture and a tv for the living room.(not a coffee table) great view of van cleve park. and we are only about 7 mins from the u of m if even. we also have a cat. the room in the picture is mine, our current roommate is still moving out so we can add pictures of the available room soon!

we love to go out and we also love to stay in and chill depends on the day. we are seniors in college. i also have a cat. we do smoke but we can keep it in our rooms if that’s a problem. we do have our friends over quite a bit but it’s usually never anything crazy. (no parties or anything) just . and we can go ti sleep from am really depends
