The home currently has one dog, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, 10-year-old, 5-pound Maltipoo, so no other pets are allowed unfortunately. The available room is furnished with a queen bed and private bathroom, and there is ample storage space available. Bedding is also available if needed. Lease terms are negotiable.

The location is great, with many bars and restaurants on Tennyson within walking distance. There are also lots of nearby bike trails and walking paths. The closest intersection is Federal/i70.

Rental terms are negotiable, starting ASAP. The rent is not inclusive of all utilities. Utilities include high-speed wifi, gas, electric, and water. There is ample on street parking in front of the home. The home is also LGBT friendly.
