Hi! I am looking for a roommate! I’m renting 1 room in a newly remodeled property located in Costa Mesa, $1,600 per mo per room. Move in date would be May 1, but we can be flexible with any dates needed. Great location right off I-405 highway, groceries around the corner (Sprout, Target, Seiwa, Tokyo central), nearby parks, popular fast food chain including Raising Canes, In n Out, etc. 10 minutes drive to the beach. Quiet friendly neighborhood, no through traffic. The property is a newly renovated house with all brand new high-end appliances, there will be further remodeling work on the property but it will be minimal, will not affect the living area.

About the room:

• Furnished
• 125 square feet with closet

Rent includes:

• Parking spaces are available at all times in front, and on the side of the house
• Shared utilities, shared space include:
• kitchen (refrigerator would be shared with you and 1 other person, but kitchen stove, microwave, oven, etc are for all use). 1 extra refrigerator in garage also included.
• Shared in-house laundry (washer and dryer)
• Shared backyard area
• 1 living room is shared by you and 1 roommate

About me

• I am a full-time interior designer student. I am friendly and fun, but do like to keep the space a peaceful sanctuary most of the time. I like to cook and also into photography.
• I don’t have people over often, I like to keep a clean and quiet home and prefer to go out, and occasionally have a few friends over in the weekend for movie night.
• I have a very friendly and quiet 9-month small frenchie that is in training.

What I’m looking for:

• 6-12 month lease, month-to-month option is available after the first 6 months
• someone who works full-time
• Someone clean, communicative, and kind
• 1 individual only (no couples) I’m looking to “interview” people this week by FaceTime or Zoom, so please reach out if you are interested.
