ASU Students - Renting 2 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house House has 4 bedrooms, indoor laundry, pool, and brand new kitchen. House comes completely furnished. Driveway has room for seven cars, so ample parking. Located in the Tempe Gardens neighborhood next to many other ASU home rentals. House is located straight down South College Avenue. Is a 12 minute bike ride to the center of campus, and a 5 min car drive. Currently has two ASU students as tenants. Rent is $1075.00 per month, per room. Rent includes water and garbage. Internet and electricity /gas to be split between 4 tenets.

At the moment me and my friend are are living in the house, we both attend ASU. Were are always up for doing something and going out, but we can also just relax and chill
