I’m subleasing my room in our 2B2B apartment located at Retreat at Barton Creek in South Lamar, Austin. Unfortunately, my roommate has to leave due to visa expiration.

The room is available from the end of July move-in until the end of the lease on 03/06/2024. The room and the apartment are furnished with a monthly rate of $1,033/month + utilities approx $150/month (including wifi, water, electricity, and miscellaneous). We’re looking for someone who’s respectful of space, hygiene, and time and has a bit of common sense. Must be open to video call to see if it’s a fit. Lastly, we will prioritize candidates with full lease commitment. Available to Facetime or show in-person!

Last heads up: The leasing office requires a small deposit which will be remitted at the end of the lease We will prefer a lease takeover of the remainder of the lease term. The process is very smooth if you can show a stable income (x3 monthly rent). It is a way to safeguard all of us.
